ECO Grants are designed for homeowners and private tenants who live of the gas grid.

To meet ECO grant eligibility you must meet the following conditions:

  • Your main heating is electric, Oil or LPG
  • A member of your household claims a means tested benefit
  • You are a homeowner, landlord or private tenant
  • Your property has a low energy performance energy rating (Your EPC must be a band E or below).
